EDA University Center

RCBI is a designated EDA University Center, which supports an economic ecosystem with commercialization, entrepreneurship and training for a highly skilled workforce.

We are committed to growing West Virginia’s economy by using a Design Thinking process, emerging technologies and other contemporary tools so entrepreneurs and businesses can position themselves to compete successfully in the global economy.

Funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation, the EDA University Center at Marshall University supports entrepreneurs, businesses and economic development in all 55 West Virginia counties.

The University Center encourages entrepreneurship by providing early stage funding for product development. Contact us to start a conversation about how we can help you. Contact us to start a conversation.
