Legg’s Welding Inc. has over 16,000 square feet of facility space. Our bays and set up of our assembly line allows us to fabricate four different pieces of equipment, at different stages of the fabricating process, at the same time. From the initial setup to the completion of the specific product we are manufacturing, precise and careful attention is paid to all aspects of our fabrication process. This consistent attention to detail allows us to produce consistent results in our work. Every piece of equipment we manufacture is turned upside down to allow for for quality welds on all parts of the underside of the body. This gives you the customer, better quality in the finished product. *This is also why our bodies last longer than our competitors* Design and Drafting We can design and draft your project to fit your needs. We can work with you in all aspects, from a thought in your head, to a hand sketched idea, blue prints, or CAD drawings. We will then take our prints and enter them into our computer software to be cut out for the fabrication process. Cutting and Burning Our on site computerized plasma and oxygen acetylene torch uses designing software as mentioned above and allows for optimum cutting. The torch has the cutting capabilities of up 4” thickness and a burn surface of 160 ft. Fully Equipped Machine Shop Our in house machine shop gives us the capabilities to fabricate your product to your exact specifications.
