Our Company specializes in being a design-build contractor for commercial and light industrial projects. We employ our own architect and design team which means that we offer customers a one-stop experience. We have a “turnkey” approach which is to say that we don’t stop at simply designing and constructing our clients’ buildings. We also complete most all phases of construction including site work, concrete, complete office build-outs; plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. And while our niche is in the commercial and light industrial market, we have also completed both steel frame and conventional construction on projects as diverse as physician’s office buildings, day-care centers and churches. We are happy to serve your project needs wherever they are. Here at Riedel-Wilks, we are unique in the market by offering so many in house design and construction services. We start off in the planning stages with a designer and architect to do preliminary layouts and site plans to be sure that your new facility will meet all code requirements as well as the many municipal codes and set-back requirements. We take these layouts and provide general construction budget numbers for your use in planning and financing. Once we have completed these first steps to your satisfaction, we develop firm construction costs to allow you finalize numbers and proceed with construction. Our in house construction capabilities include; minor site work and utilities, concrete and masonry, carpentry, full steel erection, sheeting and trims, interior finishes, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. This has been one of the keys to our success over the last 30 plus years. It allows us to control the quality and schedule on our projects.
