S & S was founded in 1980 in Charleston, West Virginia by Mr. Ashok M. Sanghavi, P.E., DEE, QEP and Mr. B.S. Saluja, P.E. Since the inception of the firm, S & S has successfully provided an integrated approach to engineering projects for our clients. S & S provides professional services to facility owners and operators, architects, and contractors throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Virginia. S & S services range through all facets of civil engineering design as well as construction administration and project management.​ S & S Engineers, Inc. is still owned and operated in Charleston, WV. Since our company opened its doors in 1980, we’ve treated every client like they were a part of our family.
