At our Main Facility and at our SoftPack Facility, we have machinery capable of forming, folding, cutting and sealing plastic film, foam and bubble roll-stock into bags and pouches. We can also add many custom options such as tapes, handles, wickets, punched holes where YOU need them, labels, bar codes. We also offer front and back plain or very sophisticated photo-quality printing on roll-stock for your automated form and fill needs. All of these products can be tailored to your specific needs. Plain, Printed and Specialty Poly Bags.Bags can be pre-folded, staple packed header cards, wicketed, perforated, heat blocked header sealed. We can add a flip lock, a bottom gusset, and vent holes. Various handles, tapes and adhesives can also be applied. Plain, Printed and Specialty PowerPack Mailers.Our Power Pack Mailers are co-extruded making them puncture and tear resistant during the shipping process. Custom power pack mailers help protect your non-fragile goods from moisture and provide security during shipping. Power Pack MailersTM are self-sealing using lip and tape seal with gray inside for opacity. Ink, stamps and labels adhere easily. Custom Printed Roll Stock. Custom printed roll stock is an affordable way to keep your branding and logo in front of your customers. Our printing capabilities will enhance your packaging to present a professional appearance and serve as an effective marketing tool. Zim’s manufactures Wicket Poly Bags unitized on a metal wicket designed for speed and efficiency of loading. •Wicket Poly Bags are used for hand-loading, semi-automated, and automated packaging equipment •Serrated and Hot Pinned on Wickets is an option •The wicket wire can be recycled as a metal •The rubber washers can be recycled as a rubber product •Any remaining plastic left on the wicket, from the bag lips being serrated on wickets, can be recycled as a plastic
