Erica Cheetham is director of Quality Management Systems. During her 30-year tenure at the Marshall Advanced Manufacturing (formerly RCBI), Erica has helped implement quality management systems, Lean Manufacturing and documenting processes for more than 100 companies in the mining, chemical, aerospace, automotive, defense, and medical device manufacturing industries, as well as calibration laboratories and distributors.

Erica has been trained by the Lean Enterprise Institute in Massachusetts, focusing on Value Stream Mapping, Lean Fulfillment Stream in Supply Chain and Logistics, Continuous Flow, Material Flow, Level Pull and Basic Stability.

Erica earned her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University and is also certified in Level Scheduling through Harris Lean Systems. Finally, she has been trained as an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Lead Assessor as well as an AS9100 Internal Auditor.

In the mid-1990s, Erica served as the QS-9000 Coordinator with American National Rubber Company in Louisa, Kentucky, where she led the company to its QS-9000 certification and implemented principles of Lean Manufacturing that are known today as Kaizen events.
